RIDGEFIELD -- A 31-year-old town resident was arrested early Tuesday after he was stopped on suspicion of drunken driving, Ridgefield police said.
Timothy Holder, of North Salem Road, was charged with driving under the influence, failure to obey a stop sign, failure to drive to the right and operating an unregistered motor vehicle, according to a police news release.
Holder was traveling north on Grove Street about 1:20 a.m. when he was pulled over for driving erratically, the release said. Holder was taken into custody after he failed a field sobriety test, police said.
He was released after posting $100 bail and is scheduled to be arraigned June 12 in state Superior Court in Danbury.
