Just as the Nixon Administration accused the probe of the Watergate investigation to be politically motivated, we are seeing the same response by the White House and the State Department calling Congressional hearings a political circus. [...] (3) How can the greatest military power in the world not muster some military help and leave over 30 Americans to fend for themselves while under attack for nine hours? Isn't it the administration's responsibility to proactively answer all the questions and give the American people the feeling of complete transparency?
